Open a Request
For existing projects, you can open a request with us through Research Toolkits. After logging in, 'Request Help' is available in the top menu.
Follow the onscreen prompts to get more detailed instructions (pay careful attention to selecting the correct project) for your request and submit your request for help.
Once you submit your request you will receive an email confirming your request with a link to your ticket. In addition, your request can be viewed from your project log in research toolkits (click "View Log" in the project options dropdown menu at the top of the page) so you can track status at any time.
