🗃️ Archive Project

To archive your project, select the Archive option from the dropdown menu to the right of your project's name:

📦 What Happens When I Archive My PNR Project?

  • Permanently closes your project
  • Deletes all Virtual Machines (VMs)
  • Deletes the associated Box folder used for results export
  • Retains all project storage listed under the PNR Storage row, including:
  • admin/
  • read_only/
  • read_write/
  • transfer/

This service helps researchers comply with Duke's Data Retention Policy.
