🖥️ Screen Resizing Guide

Using Google Chrome as your browser is recommended for the best experience.

🚀 Step 1: Launch Your VM

From your project page, press the Launch Desktop button for your VM:

🔧 Step 2: Adjust Scaling Mode

After launching into the Protected Network for Research, your screen may appear oversized if the Scaling Mode is set to None or Remote Resizing.

To fix this:

  1. Open the sleeve (left sidebar) by clicking this button:

  2. Click the Settings (sprocket) icon:
    Settings

  3. Under Scaling Mode, open the dropdown and select:
    👉 Local Scaling

  4. Close the PN for Research tab at the top of your browser (click the X on the safer-proconsul tab)

  5. Relaunch your VM by pressing the Launch Desktop button again:

✅ Step 3: Confirm the Screen Resizing

Your screen should now appear correctly sized, and the Local Scaling setting will be remembered in future sessions:
